Caring for your Click'N Go browbands is essential to maintain their quality and appearance. This ensures that your browband stays securely in place and looks its best all day long.

Leather Care:

• After each ride, gently wipe your leather browbands with a damp cloth to remove any dirt or sweat.
• Keep your leather supple and soft by applying a leather conditioner every few weeks.
• If your browbands get wet, let them air dry naturally away from heat sources.
• Store your browbands in a cool, dry place when not in use to prevent any damage.
• Use gentle leather cleaners to keep your browbands looking their best.
• Check your browbands regularly for any signs of wear or loose stitching.

Crystals, Pearls, and Magnet Connectors Care:

• Avoid getting the crystals and metal parts excessively wet.
• Use a soft cloth to wipe down your browbands after each ride.
• If needed, gently clean around the crystals with a soft toothbrush.
• Check the connectors before each ride to ensure they're secure.
• Store your browbands in the provided dust bag to keep them safe when not in use.

Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery:
All our orders are shipped with UPS, ensuring a fast and reliable delivery service. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Returns:
We want you to love your browband! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within  14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and in its original condition. 

Exchanges & Refunds:
Exchanges may be available for sizing or style changes, subject to stock availability. Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless faulty.
